In a strategic move, the Saudi government, in its recent session held in Neom under the leadership of Prince Mohammed bin Salman, approved an agreement to develop a railway project connecting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State of Kuwait.
This connection will be facilitated by a high-speed train, also known as the magnetic train or bullet train, which will link the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the State of Kuwait. It is expected that a joint agreement between the two countries will be signed soon, which will include details on the mechanisms and requirements for issuing visit and transit visas.
This step represents significant progress in enhancing bilateral cooperation and facilitating movement between the two countries. It comes as part of joint efforts to promote economic integration in the region.
