The famous Japanese manga Dragon Ball will build its first theme park in Qiddiya, Saudi Arabia, to demonstrate its entertainment capabilities. Longzhu Park covers an area of 500,000 square meters and is a major milestone in the entertainment industry.
Park visitors can experience the life-long adventures of Son Goku, from his special childhood to the intergalactic Dragon Ball Super.
Katsuhiro Takagi, president of Toei Animation Inc., announced that this will be the first park in the world entirely themed around Dragon Ball.
Qiddiya is located 70 kilometers southwest of Riyadh and covers an area of 320 square kilometers. It is expected to attract 17 million tourists per year by 2030.
