The meeting took place in Seoul, with Bandar Al-Khorayef, the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources of Saudi Arabia, and Lee Chang-Young, the Minister of Trade, Industry, and Energy of South Korea, in attendance. The MOU was signed between the Saudi Industrial Property Authority (MODON) and the South Korean company GL Rapha Holdings.
The memorandum focuses on areas such as vaccines, biotechnology, and chemistry. Saudi Arabia plans to implement this memorandum in the Sudair Industrial and Commercial City, with a planned land area of 51,000 square meters.
