It also acknowledges Saudi Arabia's efforts in economic reforms and promoting Vision 2030 to foster sustainable development and economic diversification.
On another note, due to Russia's absence, Saudi Arabia has decided not to attend the peace conference on the Ukraine-Russia war in Switzerland. Saudi Arabia emphasized that peace cannot be achieved without the participation and agreement of the conflicting parties.
