Saudi Arabia is set to partner with Japan in constructing the world's first modern sustainable building technology factory within its borders. This project marks a milestone in the collaboration between Japan and Saudi Arabia, serving as a paradigm for cutting-edge technological development worldwide.
The new factory will utilize advanced cement technology to construct towers and bridges, enhancing the durability and longevity of buildings. The new technology also improves the resilience of structures, supporting broader designs and higher safety standards. Additionally, it facilitates the construction of large-scale projects.
Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology will further innovate within this factory. The incorporation of environmental protection technology is a key aspect, aiming to reduce carbon emissions by 70% compared to traditional construction methods. The use of robotics will also expedite construction, improve precision, and enhance safety.
Saudi Arabia anticipates that collaboration with Japan will position the country as an exporter of architectural technology.
